People say a picture is worth a thousand words
But none of those thousand words can touch me,
Hold me, kiss me, or love me.

A picture is simply an image.

As i sit here and stare at your picture,
I am compelled to be with you.

I long for your touch,
your kiss, your warmth.

I die for your love.

To hold you near and feel your breath upon me would complete my perfect world.

I want to hear your voice and tell you how much i love you.

But, alas,

I am only looking at a picture.

but your picture is special,

With your picture i can imagine your touch,
I can feel your kiss,
I can hear you tell me you love me.

Tis' only a dream.

When I awoke I knew none of it was real.

It seems that as days go by,
the time we could spend together is eluding us.

So here i sit,

Waiting.

Staring at your picture,
until i can finally gaze into your beautiful eyes,
and tell you,
I Love You
