Here,
Aheading to the shore,
Wherever I can see the light,
Coming through my eyes,
Here are we
looking upon the sea shore,
Here it is
Here is or heartbeat racing fast,
Forget the past,
Here it is
Our love meant to be,
Here is our mind else where
Don't want to waste our time,
Let the wind blow hard
Through this storm
Everything turning right
Where I follow my heart
to love,
Here it is
looking ahead
Where empty heart is?
Searching for a heart to hold,
Let time be untold
Seeing a future between space and time,
Finding a place,
To a broken heart,
Can my heart mend again?
Here it is,
River is flowing to the sea,
Our hearts were spoken to us,
Our love is here,
To smile back together

This is a very complex poem, at least for me.

I'd try for a little more simplicity.
