Let me speak of your Beauty
As when you are in the world
My thoughts never stray
I more wonder at your loveliness
Which has kept the enchantment
Fervent, for I am distracted with
A thousand thoughts of you
I have so much of you in my heart
That I cannot less speak of your beauty
Since without it I could never have
Loved, or known the less
I kiss your petals over and again
In the hope you’d indulge me
By leaving a trace of your
Sweet aroma
