Sparkling as your eyes,
I kissed it, sent it on its way
Wishing you could realise
The way I feel so strong so true,
The dreams that fill my heart,
The way I want to be with you,
The pain of being apart.

I'm sending you a star today,
I hope you'll hold it to you,
And lose the pain of yesterday,
Just let it go and sadness too,
See me, see all the joy there could be,
All the promise of tomorrow,
We'd ride the magic of maybe
There'd be no more sorrow.

I'm sending you a star today,
With all my love it gleams and glows,
With silent words I cannot say,
But deeply wish that you could know,
The way I feel so strong, so true
The dreams that fill my heart,
The way I want to be with you,
The pain of being apart.

oh could a person not swoon at that

it remided me of the movie stardust in a weird way, thats not a bad thing though.
