The Wrongness of It I didn't realize that from that moment on her feelings for me would assuredly die. I didn't consider how much the demise of her caring would lead me to cry. I didn't understand the depth nor the span of hurt I would suffer after she left me... Once I hit a woman, a woman that had taken the time to care for me. On that day I destroyed the closeness we had shared. On that day I made a terrible mistake that I could never repair. "Whats that, what I did was wrong. Don't tell me that it was wrong. I've lived my whole life with the wrongness of it." JamesLee 23March 2008 EasterSunday This is from many years ago, and many times I have prayed that she would find a wonderful man that would love her and care for her and appreciate her, and treat her like the angel she is. She's living in Indianapolis now and according to a mutual friend she is with a wonderful man... |

Thank you Roniece and nakdthoughts for the wonderful responses...yes Roniece this is hard to write about because it stirs up so many feelings and reveals something foolish I did when I was younger...something that keeps coming back and slapping me in the face...something that only a fool would do and when the memories visit they linger with regrets...I took down a picture of her awhile back of her a I all dressed up going to a Banquet, and a friend of mine that had seen the picture was asking me about her, why I didn't marry her, and all I could tell him, was we didn't get along...I didn't want to go into the details...Roniece thank you for the nice hug...I dearly appreciate it...James |
