Chewing Gum?

In a pub, a little bar
Inside a men's bathroom.
Effjayel came out the door
With something he was 'chewin'

He had a look of wonder,
With confusion on his face,
I asked him; "What's the problem?"
He let me know in haste.

"I put a quarter in,
That gum machine in there,
This gum is simply awful,
The worst from anywhere.

It came in different flavors,
I bought red and indiglo,
It's hard to chew and doesn't savor,
Nor bubbles can I blow?"

I went into the restroom,
No gum machine I've seen?
Just the box upon the wall
A Prophylactic type machine.

It had a big large slot
With a sign quite bold and clear:
"If our product didn't work,
Insert baby here."
