Spinning circles bending rhyme stretching from the mark in time when darkness reaches balance point with light, when Rabbit pads her nest again, ever sacred has this Sabbat been clothed in sheen of gossamer and green; anoint with violet, dragon's blood, nutmeg, orange peel and rose, mark eggs with coloring in shadow symbols from your mind chosen to unwind the labyrinth of your need that fortune bring forth offerings, Eostre's gifts of living Spring, most welcome when not coveted nor tainted by hunger's poisoned taste of greed. ©2008 by icebox . |
