Simple Steven met a heathen Going to Toe’s lair Said Simple Steven to the heathen What have you got there… (To which he replied) “One of the greatest artifacts Seen in many a long year In vibrant colorful crayola wax A new poem from Baladeer….” Said simply Steven to the heathen “Really? Do pray tell” Said the heathen to simply Steven “Yes, and my name’s Effjayel" “But don’t tell me your ID I have seen your picture on Pip But actually up close You have a real big nose And the rest of you looks like a pile of..S..S.s s, Seawasham, Yes! That’s it…… . "Ignorance is the Enemy...." [This message has been edited by effjayel (03-21-2008 07:07 AM).] |

"In vibrant colorful crayola wax A new poem from Baladeer….” ~ And as we all know, Balladeer's poetry is very suitable for children! Linda P.S. Steven had a great comeback! lol |

Steve...... Excellent reply Steevo, as you can see, I have edited my original to include your contribution & added another verse. It was as Linda said, a great comeback... Thanks for taking part John |

Linda, I second your view on Steves reply & also must agree that 'deers poems are suitable for kids, mostly the ones that cannot read....... |
