Transitions (#2) As a fickle crescent moon leaves this clear-stared and frosty night en prise to the pristine loveliness of a diaphanous dawn, only these grand-forest hills never tire of our finest winter hopes and dreams, dancing still with the mist and shadows to the music of sunrise and the promise of this new spring morn. -b. e. adams (3/15/08) |

Very lovely. You are a writer of pictures (if that makes any sense). A |

"pristine loveliness of a diaphanous dawn" Oh, that is a beautiful dawn! It makes me want to stretch and purr! [This message has been edited by Midnitesun (03-15-2008 07:35 PM).] |

You make me miss my park. Amazing though, how you can give me the same reverie I once had, watching the sun go down, framing the silhouettes of that lovely little cypress park--in the fall? They drip like Dali paintings... It is very lovely to read you. |

Hi, Bruce. I still find it amazing that a left-brained geologist, such as yourself, has an equally developed, creative right brain! Linda |

The images you've offered here give me chills as I recall how it felt to be in the presence of those forests, those hills in this season. Beautifully done, especially: "only these grand-forest hills never tire of our finest winter hopes and dreams, dancing still with the mist and shadows to the music of sunrise" |
