A crime? But all were innocent. The victim scarletted the day. Justice donned the cloth's repent. There was no retributed "pay". Blinded by the tears of "done" knowing that the winds had raged seeds of weeds in Eden blown as cancer, patient for its wage. Justice shrouded then her eyes the book she held to keep it chaste knowing that the words would lie when spoken by the men who feigned Wisdom, with perspective, dyed, as Truth imprisoned, convolute, made slashes marking dots of Ides on a virgin prostitute... One lone keeper vigilant can not stop the poison vine. Thus the child contaminant became the same thing by design. Loathesome embryonic seed evolved to demons in the mind; dirtied by no malice, freed, by the crime no one defined. Would only one so ignorant travel regions perilous? Perhaps the burdened penitent felt the need to kill the time. |

Superb writing! Very powerful. I could relate to a subject about which this may have been written! If it is the one of which I am thinking, you have described it to the tee, and very poetically, if I might say. Welcome to PipTalk. I look forward to reading more of your poetry when I am able. |
