“Do You Dream of Me?” (Villanelle) Milady, do you dream of me, when moonbeams fill the night? Ere yearning for the love to be. When shadows dance with spirits free such a heavenly sight. Milady, do you dream of me? Does your heart still long to see souls joined as one in flight, Ere yearning for the love to be? The perfect souls that blend as we become the guiding light. Milady, do you dream of me? Unite through all eternity and share with all their might, E’re yearning for the love to be. Remain as one so heavenly and knowing all is right. Milady do you dream of me, Ere yearning for the love to be? MoonShadow |

I did have a dream last night that I was on a date with someone and I was laughing, if you look like Anderson Cooper, then maybe it was you... I am a dreamer, and dreaming is one of my favorite passtimes, especially romantic dreams.... Loved your Villanelle |

Marge... I galantly bow to your kind applause and thank you most humbly. James... Thank you, my friend of kindred spirit. R.H... Sweet lady would that I be so handsomely blessed as he, my confidence would not be so shaken. Alas, I fear not so... yet I am a hopelessly romantic dreamer. Donna... Thank you for your kind words of encouragement. They do warm the heart and soul of a star-crossed lover. MoonShadow . |

On the Sigh Meter, this one's over the top! A very vivid villanelle. ...SAVED before I forget! I've written a couple villanelle's and I pulled out a tress or two of my ebon tresses during the process! The one that you have written is absolutely beautiful!!! Warm hug, EA |

Linda... Thank you for the sigh. It resonates and warms my heart. Save your lovely tresses and let your soul do the work. Margherite... Yes, the moon was perfects for me. And I saw the eclipse as I sipped my morning coffee in the garden. Thank you for the read. MoonShadow . |
