(ok this one i wrote at the ripe old age of 15 when a "PSYC DOCTOR" evaluated me ... lol thats all i gotta say)

you in all youre wisdom try to label me insane

a chemical inbalace inside my twisted brain

please, feel free to take your petty view

about the way i think or the things i do

but before you blame me for this worlds bad complexion

take a look at the blimish caused by your own damn reflection

as you live your life safely hidden in your shell

turning a blind eye as your world goes to hell

This is a great vent !!! so many labels are placed on those with bi-polar or A.D.D

Maybe the world would be better if we had "soul" doctors instead. Always good to write things out if only for our own clarity.

in several ways.

And I sense it took some chutzpah to put
