Welcome—
It’s been a long time

Sunlight flows
Through the balcony window
Falling on statues, books,
Art, the latest mail

Somehow I think
You’ll like it here
Perhaps because
Of something I saw
From the beginning
In your gaze

Already
The air begins to fill
With a beautiful tone of blue
That wasn’t there before

This is called
The living room—

It is yours
