she was just off young, but alarmingly naive. She knew why he was here but she didnt think to leave. hoaxed into love conned clear of lust now confused beyond return, about to break his trust. She couldn't comprehend everything he did to her, his love became distorted and her conscience formed a blur. her happy smile, and generous soul gave way to his lies and games; her innocence was stole. He smothered her with guilt, carrying her upon his hearse. He said he'd never leave her, seducing her into his curse. Uncountable blue bruises one blackened heart she was the fly in his web, tangled from the start. She promised to never leave, that she was his forver. But now she wanted out, scared by the meaning of never. She tried to fight him, tried so hard to explain. But anger infected his words, protective of his domain. Just one more word one last try all she could manage, was an impelled goodbye |

Hi, Leanne. Welcome to piptalk! Not a very pleasant situation for her to be in! I felt your aching words right in the pit of my stomach. A very emotive and moving write! "Uncountable blue bruises one blackened heart she was the fly in his web, tangled from the start." ~ Gosh, how this aches! "her happy smile, and generous soul gave way to his lies and games; her innocence was stole." ~ Unfortunately, a far too often, scenario! Giving you a warm, welcoming hug, Earth Angel ![]() |

Powerful write and I agree that this happens too often, but it seems we can't learn from the experience of others. The lesson is definitely learned in the moment of that determined "good bye". Love, Margherita |
