Torture For Me

Love, would
you be so kind,
as to never
allow me to
fall in love
with a woman
that doesn't want
to love me in kind.

For that would be
torture for me
if the woman that
I loved went away.
And torture for
both of us,
if she were not
in love with me,
and for some
other reason
she stayed.

Thank you Drauntz for responding...I think sometimes we just follow the desires of our heart and fall in love to fast, just hoping that the other feels the same about us, and of course who knows which way their heart will go...and then we have this...James
