By: Noah Eaton 8/1/07 (Hey, guys, can you spare this Friday night? I know a place, where we can strike up some fun tonight!) (Where?) (Over at Cheesy Cakes Lanes, they’ve got Cosmic Bowling tonight! This party will be right up your alley, with all those fog machines and strobe lights!) (Wow, you had us at “Cosmic Bowling”, dude! Let’s roll!) . . . Summer weekends, me and all of my friends, go where everyone fires up a cosmic show, no, I ain’t talkin’ bout Polly Esthers, or Ivan Kanes Forty Deuce, hello! We’re going to a place without a cover charge, that’s bound to be light years beyond ordinary, so bring along your brightest pair of shades, in the event the leagues get a little hairy! Wow, check this out all our clothes are glowing in the dark, and the full-surround sound system, is state-of-the-art, I’ve found my lucky magenta ball, let it seek an audience with the Luster King, now we’re heading jersey side, letting it roll and swing. All across the concourse, the crowd’s effervescent, cuz the DJ’s got a smile, that’s incandescently flourescent! (Tonight, we’re bowling out of this world, riding on each rocket, letting it hurl! Tonight, we’re bowling out of this world, giving each moment of inertia, a starkissed swirl!) Cosmic bowling, we’re going cosmic bowling! Cosmic bowling, we’re going cosmic bowling! (Hey, check out what I got, at the Sugar Loaf Toy Shoppe just now!) Wow, what are those on your fingers? (Finger bands, my favorite’s the smiling butterfly one, on my index finger, ooohhh, and I also got this hematite bracelet!) (Hey guys, I just bowled a turkey!) Wow, congratulations, just remember, I didn’t lose the game, I just ran out of frames! (Pardon my Jack Manders, But you know what they say: “No drive, no five!”) Yeah, I know! Molly, you’re really into your element tonight!) (Thanks! Don’t cha wish your girlfriend, could bowl like me?) You bet I do, but she does know how to play, a wicked game of World Cup Soccer pinball, on that pinball machine right by the front door! (Hey, what’d y’all say we head to the lounge, and get some orders of curly fries?) (Yeah, and how about we share a pitcher, of Sierra Mist too?) Sounds great! Hang on one moment, I’m gonna get me a Sudoku scratch-it, and a Bendable Buddie, to add to my collection, hee hee hee! We’re just bowling our way, through every double century, kicking back on every kickback, thundering the pie alley, even full rollers are hooking, while they’re shaking to the beat, of “Let The Good Times Roll”, on Settee Karaoke! It’s approaching midnight, and we’re still partying in the fast lane, catching sight of some mule ears, and conquering the Golden Gate, the fire still ain’t out, we’re still winding them in, telling it as it is, to every flourescent pin! Wow, check this out all our clothes are glowing in the blacklight, and the full-surround sound system, is bona-fide, all forty-eight lanes are bouncing, just like Martian kindergarten, am I still on this planet, or is it just my bowling shoes are a perfect fit?) (Tonight, we’re bowling out of this world, riding on each rocket, letting it hurl! Tonight, we’re bowling out of this world, giving each moment of inertia, a starkissed swirl! Tonight, we’re bowling out of this world, riding on each rocket, letting it hurl! Tonight, we’re bowling out of this world, giving each moment of inertia, a starkissed swirl!) Cosmic bowling, we’re going cosmic bowling! Cosmic bowling, we’re going cosmic bowling! Cosmic bowling, we’re going cosmic bowling! Cosmic bowling, we’re going cosmic bowling! I love it! My white shirt is glow blue and your hair is strage too. I always had a blue bowling ball, but this one seems no color at all. Great fun and glad you invited me. My score may not be what it used to be, but this really fun. Oh Boy!I just rolled a strike, They say it's like riding a bike, once you learn you never forget. How high did you make that bet? Because I am on a roll, And I am here to bowl. The bright colors make it fun, and I am out to say I won!! Thanks for the invitation,I had a ball!. latearrival. |
