Memoirs of a Pole Dancer

Giddy-up garb, she flaunts the stage
A gypsy rose, on long limbs wage
Bend fore and aft the traveled eye
Attired in scant silken shy
From stem to stern
Sweet scents to yearn
A different colored toss each turn
Bump to the East, Grind to the West
A siren’s song leaves to attest
Fine lines in vivid draws the bee
Seeking her pose so breathlessly
A flower to pick, and still to preen
Hibiscus dance the poles serene

WOW T.D.!! Love love love that title, and the rhythm of this is great. I'm so happy to see something of yours come up tonight when I have a chance to come and read at PiP. Fabulous piece of work!
