Looking Back By Paul Wilson Forget the pain it only last a little while or so it seems Days I can’t recall lost (I guess) the reason buried somewhere within the graveyard of my soul I can almost see the vision of you last remembered within my minds eye no need to try your face a blur snapshot of you just a silhouette The need to move on finish this journey without you is strong The want to see you still lingers on ( In my heart) the pain keeps me from crossing the line of doubt separating you and I We talk But not like before only enough to keep the fire burning and the pain starts all over again Damn the heart it never forgets the love we shared and the pain keeping us apart ~~To share my poems with you is to share my heart with you~~ Paul [This message has been edited by Paul Wilson (01-19-2008 05:00 PM).] |
