The world is awash with mystical needs and the air its caretaker, friend, but this like the fall of baseless ideas gathers in pools of motionless sludge. No ripple disturbs the mind of a fool or wind whip the staid into action and all becomes still, stagnant, and stale like nourishment never consumed. The clouds hang low o’er me today and grey is the vision within for unfounded ripples of whatever it is must be as if they are not. Mystical needs, I’m sorry to say satisfaction is not guaranteed or even perceived as a maybe or might in a world bent on destruction. You’ll never say nay for that’s not your way but it’s mine when I cannot see the full reason and purpose and outcome of embedding your needs into me! Helen / 17 January 2008 |

Dear Helen, you have written a powerful poem. As a bit pessimistic I perceive it... Those mystical needs are more felt when the material world seems to fall apart, no doubt. But still I believe we should try to recover our divine connection and if you are the target for helping another to recover it you might be the divine instrument you are meant to be. You write beautifully always. Love, Margherita |
