something was slipping backwards before the power went out and tied my hands around the slippery pole only you could climb with your rubber boots on but I didn't mind you being the first one there as I look back now over my shoulder wondering if you enjoyed it more than when it was your turn to ruin those amber rivers ____________ daark |
