and so, where I stood one summer love was a café waiter, who sold nights for consumption…full moon on the side my yellow mop of hair, a comrade humming Parisian sweaters against humid skin wanted to trade you tanned face for a fairy tail laugh so contagious clear eyes moved with large strides hitherto mere sweet, calm, recitals discovering springs of imagination curiosity kissing whispering arms around my lighted solitude wandering air of innocence life snuggled to my breast incorrigible were my prayers that everyone knew this kind of hierarchy oh intimate friend ancient rosy flesh seeps a sphinx like smile seductive rich friend holding red roses against my hair like is was the ornament of your longing…elegant gracious journal my treasure of treasures remarkable voice of expression love come, tell me your thoughts sit here close whisper to me about candles with echoes of light instant and momentous swelling of images and daylight I am trembles of your desire poignant incessant oceans of some new opened door where we played music in the night we are dyed in wool blind with love jovial hallucinations |

Where the love might begin but the want ever stays... oh my friend... you are feeding my muse! So good to see everyone again, but your poems tune me |

Lee, Love lend such newness to life, in the expectancy, the trembles, vibrant touches and color. You write it all in such heady detail that I could only smile remembering how colossal being in love is--one's being just floating between her heartbeat and his. I enjoyed reading this so much! ~ Karen |

"my treasure of treasures remarkable voice of expression love come, tell me your thoughts sit here close whisper to me about candles with echoes of light" this is perfection... |

Lee~ With this- 'where I stood one summer love was a café waiter, who sold nights for consumption…full moon on the side' -you transported me back to a long ago memory place~ *sigh* *Huglets* ~*Marge*~ ~*The sound of a kiss is not as strong as that of a cannon, but it's echo endures much longer*~ |

Oh, Lee, I was swept away by your dreamy imagination! Awww, yes! That is most assuredly what being in love is like! "discovering springs of imagination curiosity kissing whispering arms around my lighted solitude wandering air of innocence life snuggled to my breast" Sighing, here... Love to you, Ms Lovely! Can't say I've ever been in love, but you sure make it sound pretty good. The pictures you pain and the feelings you bring about with your words always amaze me. Great write. ~alyssa Hupomeno. |
