Soveriegn Caves Of Winter and Spring Listen, with my ear turned to his heart Deep, vacuous echoes thunder Hidden in the purpose on his face Calloused hands respond in gentle grace Dug into his soul, the pertinence of diligence His eyes rain upon me butterflies Exposing my back to the warmth of his sighs Listen, To wheat play in melody of wind sway Where we dance within the lingered breath of dawn Listen, to his sleepy dreams drawn deep into the vast Calling to me in my sleep, a promise sweet amassed Parched but for the fragrance of his mouthed content Holding onto happiness in cavernous ferment Filling in the atmosphere of unrelenting depths Caves, where only he is sovereign of winter white Secretive, and wonderfilled, at ease to please by right Touching there as touched by yearning undisclosed Listen to my heart articulate his own, deposed My ear turns to the sound of adoration, kept enclosed Copyright Kkh 12/15/07 |

I feel like remaining in silence for a while ... to savor this and absorb it. Love and hugs, Poetess. Margherita |
