and then I know the bible women shudder to think my thinking would even enter the hem of such a demon's dreaming as to suggest the hell of your heaven is the worthy trade for soul songs of another heathen's heartland but then again they are warm there in their snug kneeling on soft stones with folded hands holding in their secrets that only tiptoe the rooms of their minds after the altar call of solomon when they recognize their own faces in the scarred skin of my conjoined tattoos ______________ daark |
