Is this the one Who among friends And strangers Yet was singled out Every day At every lunch Time and during Every study hall When the only subject Was her Now I hardly recognize In all that flesh Dressed with such Diminished colors The Venus Of my student years Then she turns Again Those soft brown eyes Oh Yes I knew her well . |
