Let The Dime Decide Emerging from my denims' depths, where linty creatures lie, a coin to use - a flip will choose the way for you and I. The tiniest of a tinny mint (of borders - not in worth) shall fly from off my forceful thumb and somersault to earth. Depending on the side that lands, I'll flash a frown or grin. If Roosevelt can see the sky - A left turn and I win. But if the darkness of the ground and grass impedes his sight, then I have lost the argument - and we'll be turning right. Just let us end the vain debate by making Fate our guide. Our destiny is in the air... We'll let the dime decide. |

Hmmm, I like to think I might be in control, as opposed to the random chance of a coin flip. Interesting write! |

Ah yes, but what happens when you're debating a decision that has to be made with someone and neither of you are backing down? I feel that handling arguments THIS way is better than escalating to pointless violence. |

I often like the flip of a coin - sometimes words just slow down the decision. I like the poem too - you made me check my pockets for a dime. A |
