As the tears Trickle down my face. I think of all the times We had. I only remember, The good ones we shared. Because once you’re gone, It doesn’t matter, If you were a bad person, Only if you were in my life My grandfather passed about a year or so, This could in theory, a remembrance of him, persay a dedication. He was a real motivator in my life, although he lived 400 miles away. I loved him with every nerve in my body, and he always told me, I could do anything if I put my mind to it. So now I'm putting my mind to this poem. Heres to you. Hope your looking down upon this writing from heaven, Preston. |

Your Grandfather taught you well! This is a lovely tribute. And surely he was a good person, the more so as you love him dearly. Love, Margherita |

How blessed you were PrestonThePoet to have such a Grandpa...Mine were both on the other side by the time I was born...nice tribute to him. |
