 Down By the Docks Billowing mist Rolls down to the lake, Where a ghost of a lady Roams in heart ache. Leaving from home, Her lover sailed away. She awaited his return, Hoping to see him some day. Each day she would come, To wait for her love. Looking out at the lake, For love’s sign of white dove. She fell into cold lake, For her suffering to end. For her heart and her soul, To cure, and to mend. Her spirit is surrounded, By white doves in flocks. As she awaits his return, Down by the docks. ARCTIC WIND |
