Simply Because I Care

I had been asking why me
Then I gave myself a reply
It is because I am giving
Knowing a soft heart have I

It always seems to happen
Those in need can find me
I need not question why
Its my giving heart they see

A heart I am given to share
With my upmost sincerity
Sharing the gifts of love
In the way it is meant to be

Upon lifes journey I partake
Never giving up on anyone
Its simply because I care
Loving those that have none

to love freely
on those that have 'none'
seems such a mixed blessing
and an unanswered call
though meant as only kindess

i thoroughly understand this
