Street lights like Spotlights as Night falls The unspoken dream of England Long, dead and buried Its children rule the streets The old have lost their merit The immigrants rape the benefits Its the beginning of the end Just a point of opinion Or just the way it is Times where the Good old days rest behind us Political indecision, Family breakdown Lack of supervision in the playground Tyranny, conspiracy the revelation of the day Tough law gone soft, unemployment blots Just a point of opinion Or just the way it is Street Crime like sports or rock star The unspoken benefit cheats side-robbery Old ways of thuggery Have become honoured traditions, naturally The gangs have gained their merit The politicians rape the benefits Its the beginning of the end Just a point of opinion Or just the way it is Times where the Good old days rest behind us Hoodies cuddled in bus stops, Needles adjourn in gutters Lack of supervision in the Home world Bad parents the revelation of the day Tough law gone soft, political correctness blots Just a point of opinion Or just the way it is Times when the Good old days rest behind us No more opinion, It’s just the way it is Welcome to England At Customs declare immorality |
