Little girl with the dark brown hair climbing cupboards everywhere trying to find what I have bought Christmas is coming my little tot Little girl with eyes so big Punkin nose and great big grin Always a joy to be around Has always turned my frown Upside down Little blessing from up above You made my life an interesting one Climbing brick walls here and there bloody lip for all to stare I picked you up and we crossed the street That day you got a free Ice Cream treat Tender hearted child what a treasure you are Caring for other's beyond your years by far Always a giving loving nature To you there was not one who was a stranger Beautiful young lady where did you come from It seems last year you were only one Lovely woman daughter of mine My friend and daughter by God's design |

A child we all hope we were, and all hope we'll have. Reminds me of my mum's warmth, thank you! Pops |
