You’ve come of age Now you know more than you could ever use or lose You’re up on me Now every thing that I have entered gets abused And when you’re through I’ll try and find another crack to see or wiggle through Flying free is not so easy With eyes wide open and I see that I’m not dreaming It’s all so familiar now The landscape and the scenery Though I look to be a little older Still the street signs are all the same Still the same You’re out of sight And I feel a deep sense of yearning eating me What’s eating you? Could always become my favorite thought or thing to do Adds up to two Every time a piece of me divides the blue Flying free is not so easy Because the earth is firmly clinging to my soul |

Dramatic, and a strange natural rythm to it! Like it a lot. Pops |

Sometimes - no, almost always - setting someone free is the precursor to unlocking the door to one's own freedom to find happiness within oneself and one's own walls - but then one has to pick up the key, put it in the lock and consciously turn the key in the lock and glory in the sunshine (or rain or wind) outside. - Owl |
