Do you ever think of us Wondering what might have been? I know I threw it all away I wasn't a very good lover or friend No excuses It wouldn't take the pain away I don't blame you for leaving You had every right to go away Too bad when I was being foolish The game backfired on me For when you let go I didn't really want to be free Years have passed Still I think of you I always will These words are true "I'm sorry" I know this sounds sad You're probably thinking yeah yeah yeah Too bad If you saw inside my heart You would see a huge empty space Sure I moved on with my life We can't continue to stand in one place |

Marg- Yeah I sure did change my picture! Thanks for noticing. Thought I would put up a more recent picture of myself. That was taken this past May in Florida. Glad you liked the poem. Yeah a little sad, but I needed to write it out. "Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away" |
