Never sure what thoughts run through your head Worry about you every night as I go to bed Wanting to run away Afraid of failure each day Knowing what I feel Hoping that you are real Do not want to be love's fool again Do not want to take my heart where it has been Pain has always had a spot in my heart Poor choices have played their part Always willing to trust And everything turns to dust Wishing that I could finally be happy Hoping that this was meant to be Fearing that my heart will get broken Not wanting one more of love's tokens Just wanting to have you in my life everyday Hoping and praying that you will stay |
