Sea of Time and Dreams

Summer retreats…
as Autumn comes
in evening’s descent
with a regal moon rising...
(through fine grey clouds
  tipped in crimson)
to dance among sharp-blue
peaks
beyond a velvet-green
forest of pensive pines,
marching to the sparkling
emerald sea...
where time and dreams
  prevail !

but that 'emerald sea'
