They call me sedentary bear
and say get up, get out
Go play

But if I ever left this lair
tiptoed to the world without
Some day

I'd have to leave my wheeling chair
pour through my door -- a spout
Like clay

And I prefer this life's sedentary glare
online, typing, giggling bouts
I stay

But maybe I should go to the grocery store
