Here, Now, Forever

We have grown rather close
We, this heavenly collection of
lovers and dancers,
singers and friends.
A fitting tribute to the unseen wonderful things we have yet to see.
We play the old game,
carry out the sacred act,
count our blessings,
and give them away
like confetti at a wedding where we are all marrying each other.
Wasn't it a splendid idea to walk that sacred valley?
I plan to stay here, you know.
It's time to show them who we are.
