A simple and sweet thought, but I don't understand this line

"May your heart is again prepared"

Could it be written a touch differently? It seems to be missing a word or two.

Dear BBGrrl,

this was the very first poem for the new sheet #41 and I wanted it to be cheerful because #40 was closed when there was a fighting.

Who can stop love? nobody. Only we prepare our once, twice hurt hearts to accept love again.
I wrote it on the site. May lost some logic..
you may ask anything again. suggestions are welcomed with heart.
