 I LOVE YOU ~ Linda L. Dowd ~ I be worthy of thy timeless love, As thou dost merit mine. We both be cut from the finest silk, ~ We age like vintage wine. Our dreams and aspirations, Hath forever been in sync. We know what lies in the other’s soul, And how each other thinks. Respectful is thy love for me, And for thee ~ mine love be true. ~ A sharing, caring, selflessness, That shall forever see us thru'. Whene'er I be by mine own self, I truly be not alone, For this giving ~ and most trusting heart, Hath a loving hearth and home. I awake each glorious sunrise, Embracing the new dawning day, Thankful for all thy blessings of love, ~ And to thee, Dear, I now do say: "I LOVE YOU!"
