Sometimes we straddle a fine line between dreamlike & sidewalks of today penning five hundred word vignettes under a shadow of the moon our aura brings glimmering essence to the invisible place sofa song of museums now I am invisible former times no longer a prophecy it shies away into tough questions and now is gone like me... maybe co-curated tomfoolery? man’s curious side an exclamation of experimental from messy coordinates and long ago bedtime stories tapestry woven deep collapses into the dirt signs we leave fantasize about the will of dead bones an original turnkey service coexists with enclaves of painters does it exaggerate? as night sleeps with me to the last syllable of recorded time science doubles as religion paired sonnets of a well known surreal kissing the moon becomes practical magic for gardeners who catch gestures of life size years I am a trend in my own image paralleling some fantastic fiction living in a ceramic shell of wax finishing the screenplay burning color into another Thursday derived from afterthoughts of some primitive genius it is my arena of many arts concentrating energies all rolled into one within the writing of some unique numbers shifting direction from original works I think couplets are most wholly where the narrator becomes a love story delivering surprises right up to another beginning nonetheless the ends live forever whose to say which is worst for wear? inevitable unexpected things become... freewheelin powerful emotional charges ramping success and failures so is this magic realism blending bare bones from an artist’s eye in the very beginning of time or daresay a hidden treasure from some easily spotted renaissance man, we can’t yet see? a local legend from a small town mind valued and saved in the attic of time, of insight of jarring imagery I dunno? Do You? [This message has been edited by LeeJ (02-09-2007 08:05 AM).] |

We're all just holograms. ![]() depending on the point of view but I do want to note here, that I could be wrong (I very often am) but I sense more construction in this than usually--that's not a criticism in any way, but I felt this trip was more deliberate, like steppes...and I compliment you because you did not lose your sparkle to the intellect either. This read like a view of the sun through a slot of stone at solstice. Both magickal and deliberate. And in my own book of shadows? Lady? That's veddy veddy good. ![]() |

"I think couplets are most wholly where the narrator becomes a love story delivering surprises right up to another beginning nonetheless the ends live forever whose to say which is worst for wear?" You make it seem so easy to write such genius in words. Wonderful work Lee J, just wonderful. JL ![]() Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: |
