Im dead inside no more coming alive all out of tears to shead all out of dreams all out of hopes im lost in my ropes they tie me up no where to go no way to escape im stuck in my web of lies im done trying why keep it up the saying "keep trying" was only writen so we'd keep crying they thrive on our pain theres no way for it to go away |

reading this poem about 3 times over i still came to the same anwser who is they? They thrive on "our" pain? |

I have to go with Earth Angel's comments but just adding that "people in general" can be avoided. I'm learning that if you allow yourself to be hurt then you/we/all of us are only giving away our power. Some things have to be but it's only ourselves who make the "damage" worse.
