You’d be proud

I’ve pretty much avoided
The mistakes you made

There’s money in the bank
Plenty of food
There’s nothing I need
I can’t really have

When it’s time to come
I’ll drink sake
And you Dark Eye vodka
For the cold

We’ll shoot clothespins
Sharing a BB gun
Among the clouds

Just to let you know
I left a cigar here
On the ground

I won’t tell Ma

I've pretty much stopped giving a crap whether my family is proud of me or not

dad could die and I'd never know and I told my brother what I thought about him back at Christmas and he stopped running my life then

freedom never felt so good
