The half-light warms these scenes as though within
each reminisce
are sparks rekindled even now, should one imagine this.
That somewhere there remains a sign where two had passed before
eclipsed, but not erased by moons and tides on distant shores.

A circle looped upon itself emblazoned in the sand,
its' embers formed of memories, thus able to withstand
the passage from where fantasy and our beliefs connect,
as spirits roaming 'neath the stars give time pause to reflect.

In half-light where remains outlined a symbol with a twist,
and eyes gaze on a universe wherein such things exist.

What a delight, to discover this! You've captured the essence of timelessness, shining the spotlight on these souls in a fine 'half-light' poem.

Doc....Your quiet circle of reflections touches mine with thoughts of infinity.  Thank you for this and the lovely thoughts behind it.

Drauntz,
Thank you .
Doc

passing shadows,
This one practically wrote itself, sometimes they seem to come out better the less I meddle with them.Thanks.
Doc

Midnitesun,
Thank you. I returned to a theme that Serenity and I had explored together a long way back for this, of course, when your subject is timeless, what's a few years here and there?
Doc

Martie,
Thank you, a "circle of reflections" indeed,
I consider myself very fortunate to have people such as yourself within it.
