One Day


I lay down my head and dream
of a day that will change my life forever.
I cant seem to think of anything but this day.
Why I ask myself, why do I dream of this day
why cant I dream of another.

This dream
my dream is to be next to you.
I dream of a fire and candles
the sent of pine fills my head and warms my body.
She looks over at me
looking into my eyes she says everything I’ve ever wanted to here
I love you so much.

My heart pounds and my eyes cloud.
One tear rolls down my cheek and I open my mouth
I cant seem to say anything.
My head is racing
my heart is pounding harder then ever before.
I look her in her eyes and I smile
I move forwards and kiss her gentle lips.

This kiss, O this kiss makes my body shake
I never want to stop, I know she feels the same way
I back my head away and look her in her eyes
my heart slows and my head stops racing
she wants to know what im thinking so I smile and tell her
I love u more then I could ever tell you.

Now her eyes fill
I don’t want here to cry
I want to see her smile
I reach up and touch her face
I feel the warmth of her skin
I kiss her softly and lay down my head.

I awake from my dream
when I do I smile and go one day,
one day this day will be mine.
Mine forever
Mine to love
