You are a calm inviting ocean and I would ride upon your waves my lips will sail your deepest seas your inlets and your bays I will lightly tread your continents exploring every thrill my breath will be the whispered wind that moves across your hills And underneath your surface unseen forces will explode tides will rise within you summoned up within your core And to ride the coming storms I will lay my anchor deep until your seas are calm again and we fade off to sleep. |
