You call me sweetheart
and a little voice
inside screams out
if I am your sweetheart
why do I feel
so full of doubt?

and at the outer edges
of anothers madness
brought out by jealous rage
she tears apart another script
and burns another page

and me left drifting now
through time and space
I trust only in
an Angels grace
