. The white van Pulls up into the parking lot She gets out the morning’s light On her long red hair The summer sky Above the sea is blue on blue Sparrows are chirping In the trees She turns smiles And waves to him Seems so genuinely glad That they are here Together Perhaps There had been a gap In the space time continuum A slip by some small degree And for a moment However briefly One found himself In an alternative reality Where suddenly Without warning He was happy . |
