LIKE IT OR NOT The friends you thought you had will soon be gone if you don’t agree with the world you will always be wrong all of the sudden you find yourself withdrawn Like it or not Someday we all have to say goodbye we all swear we wont cry watching loved ones all around us die Like it or not In this life you only get one shot a quick choice to run with it or just sit and rot but eventually you’ll find yourself tangled in a knot Like it or not The mistakes you make will act as you steppingstones look back in awe at how much you have grown but also realize how many chances you have blown Like it or not In this world there is sin everywhere you turn we all act like it’s none of our concern cover up our mistakes and never learn Like it or not This is the way the world works every one has a beast within that lurks only visible in our deceitful smirks Like it or not this is the world we live in |

All right, now this is a piece I can relate too( I think everyone can ), and I loved to read. But my favorate line? The grand finale This is the world we live in. Cause' ain't that the TRUTH... Preach on man. Cheers. |
