If I could speak
of my pain
find the words
that describe the emptiness inside
then I would translate it to you
bit by bit
and we would sit for hours on end
and figure it out
once and for all.
Yet the words stick in my throat
and I'm scared to tell you how I feel,
afraid to let the words fall
because then I will be uncovered
and this is when my defences fall

Allowing your words to flow, will only liberate you ...  When you are ready allow the walls to fall...it won't hurt..  just make you stronger..

I have been in those shoes...

Expression in poetry.
It helps me see around the corners
and into my mind.
