Deva By a little Roman fortress on the banks of River Dee and a Roman port called ‘Deva’ that is steeped in history. This is the place I’ve settled where England touches Wales. This is the place my poet’s pen will spread out all it’s tales. So come share my adventures each one penned out in rhyme, I’m sure you’ll find no better way to waste your idle time! Ivor G Davies The moment created this second, is a moment that's going to last. |

I adore this poem! It has that natural flow that poems of rigid structure often lack. The good humor turns an impersonal poet-reader relationship into a much warmer relationship between friends. Absolutly incredible |

Write on, Ivors. I'm looking forward to the many adventures I'm sure you'll pen. |
