Anything But Anything but feelin' sure, certain of me anything but keeping her, keep hurtin' me anything but sad mistakes, the way it breaks up all the aftertaste this test I've anything but aced oh, I've got The Big Alone cased Anything real is anything but the way I feel any girl sweet is my ever aching Achilles' Heel any day now I'll write my songs 'neath the sun and anyhow a melodic sunray, it's my way of finding the One loneliness anything but fun oh, I'm anything but done And anyway, I'm feeling the slow approach of everything's okay it's making it's way here, and alone I'll stand here without fear can you hear me here? come near to hear a whispering song, it won't take long, till it makes it's way outside of me a song to decide that whatever I'll be I can be yours so open the doors Anything but certain of anything, not yet anything but keeping my heart in check however anything but waiting around for a sweet musical sound to unfold me I have to follow it down and see oh, if my heart will mean anything at all listening for the call And anything but talking to the wall stand tall, this is when everything but loneliness falls into me "Hey, it's me, I'm dynamite and I don't know why" -- Van Morrison, 'Sweet Thing' |

"And anyway, I'm feeling the slow approach of everything's okay" some great lines in here...a bit too much rhyming for me, (never thought I'd say that) but mostly I enjoyed it  |
